How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes:

  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Australia & Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Is shipping really free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order, no exceptions.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from either our EU or US facility depending on your location, which helps keep delivery times as short as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no questions asked. Contact us at support@amcc.store with your order number to get started.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the correct return address for your region.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If you'd like a different size, contact us at support@amcc.store with your order number and preferred size. We'll send out a replacement once your return is received.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Contact us immediately at support@amcc.store with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.

PRODUCT & QUALITY

What fabric are your t-shirts made from?

Our Regular Tees are made from 100% ringspun cotton (207 g/m²), garment-dyed for a soft, vintage feel. Our Oversized Tees are made from 100% carded cotton (240 g/m²), also garment-dyed, with a boxy fit and dropped shoulders.

What fabric are your hoodies made from?

Our hoodies are made from 288 g/m² cotton-faced fleece — smooth on the outside, warm on the inside.

What fabric are your beanies made from?

Our beanies are made from 100% organic cotton, GOTS certified. Soft, breathable, and kind to the planet.

How is the artwork applied?

Regular Tees and Hoodies use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing — vibrant colours, crisp lines, and lasting quality that holds up wash after wash. Oversized Tees and Beanies feature embroidery for a tactile, elevated finish.

Will the print fade after washing?

Not if you follow the care instructions. We recommend washing inside out on a cold cycle (max 30°C), skipping the dryer when possible, and ironing inside out. DTF printing is designed to stay sharp and vibrant with proper care.

SIZING

How do I find my size?

Each product page has a Size Guide with exact measurements in inches. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing to our chart.

Do your t-shirts run true to size?

Regular Tees have a relaxed classic fit — they run true to size, but if you want a more oversized look, go one size up. Oversized Tees are already cut boxy and large — if you prefer a more fitted look, size down.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout depending on your location.

Is my payment information secure?
